GT Bynum, Mayor, City of Tulsa
Sworn in as the 40th Mayor of Tulsa in 2016 and overwhelmingly re-elected by Tulsans in 2020, Mayor G.T. Bynum has focused on fiscal responsibility, data and innovation, public safety, infrastructure, and equality of opportunity for all Tulsans. Throughout his time in office as Chief Executive Officer, managing nearly a billion-dollar budget and 4,000 employees, Mayor Bynum has created a globally competitive city.
During Mayor Bynum’s tenure, Tulsa has thrived under his leadership by welcoming the two largest new employers in Tulsa history while also celebrating the largest investment in Downtown Tulsa to date. Since taking office, Mayor Bynum has also successfully managed significant challenges facing Tulsa’s growing community, including natural disasters and the COVID-19 global pandemic – showing Tulsa is a strong and resilient community.
Steve Lewis, Lobbyist, Attorney
Steve Lewis is a seasoned lobbyist and attorney with a rich history in public service and law. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a B.A. in government then received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He was the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1989 to 1990 and has served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Lewis holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, where he was recognized for his trial advocacy skills. Notable measures Mr. Lewis authored during his tenure in the House were bills to reform the investment practices of the state’s retirement systems and cash reserves producing billions of dollars of non-tax revenue for the state. He also authored legislation reforming and updating the ad valorem tax system. He was principal House author and advocated for passage of HB 1017, landmark education reform and revenue measures in 1990.As a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps officer, Lewis was stationed in the Philippines and later served as District Attorney in Oklahoma.
He has been actively involved in civic roles, including leadership positions in bar associations, advisory committees, and community organizations. Today, Lewis practices law in Tulsa, representing various clients at the Capitol, and maintains a lobbying practice focused on business, social services, medical, legal and professional entities and associations.

Eileen Bradshaw – CEO, LIFE Senior Services
Eileen Bradshaw is a Tulsa native and became the CEO of LIFE Senior Services in August of 2019. She began her non-profit career as Volunteer Coordinator at Emergency Infant Services and moved into the Executive Director role. She also served as the CEO of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma for 8 years before joining LIFE. Eileen is a graduate of Bishop Kelley High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Knox College, where she majored in philosophy. Eileen has 3 adult children and shares her now –empty nest with her husband Steve and two rescue dogs, Ella and Fitzgerald.
Selected for her comprehensive service history in Tulsa and adept leadership across major nonprofit organizations.
Evan Dougoud – Founder and President, BeHeard Movement
Evan embodies resilience and compassion in his tireless efforts to support the homeless community. Drawing from his challenging childhood experiences, Evan channels his perseverance and love into innovative solutions, transforming personal adversity into impactful aid for those in need. The BeHeard Movement was born from a powerful moment in 2019 when Evan, took a small camera and recorded the stories of youth experiencing homelessness at their encampment, leading to the creation of a documentary series, “beheard & beseen.”
Selected for his unique blend of personal experience, education, and innovative solutions to community challenges.
Julie Davis – CEO, YWCA Tulsa
Julie Davis leads YWCA Tulsa, having navigated the organization through expansion and critical response efforts, such as aiding refugee families. Her educational credentials include a degree from Drury University and a Masters degree from the University of Tulsa, and a decade of experience in nonprofit development before joining the YWCA in 2017. She is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 57 as well as NexTulsa Class 4. Under her direction, YWCA Tulsa has become a pivotal organization in responding to community needs, emphasizing inclusivity and support.
Her husband, Paul Davis, is the Executive Director of CityYear, and together they work to serve Tulsa and make a positive impact in the community. She is also a mother of two young girls, and she is passionate about making the world a place where girls will be empowered to live out their dreams. When she is not running her daughters around or working on strategic plans for the YWCA, you can find her reading a book or heading to spend time with her family in Missouri.
Selected for her leadership during periods of major expansion and community crisis to quickly respond to the needs of more than 800 refugee families fleeing Afghanistan while also pivoting the focus of the YWCA health facilities to health equity,
Toni Godwin – Executive Director, Bristow Social Services
Toni Godwin, has advanced in her career from Resident Advisor to Executive Director of Bristow Social Services. In December 1988 she received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Cameron University in Lawton, OK. From 1998-2007 Toni was employed at the Sac and Fox Nation Juvenile Detention Center in Stroud, OK. Here she began her career as Resident Advisor advancing to Juvenile Director from 2004-2007. From 2007-2011 she served as the Shelter Coordinator at Youth Services of Tulsa, where she lovingly and patiently mentored many orphaned and homeless children.
Since 2011 she has served as the Executive Director of Bristow Social Services. Toni is a Servant Leader whose Christ-like example epitomizes her name; priceless and one of great value! She also currently serves as the Assistant Pastor of New Life International Worship Center, under the leadership of Pastor Eric Parker in Bristow, OK. She is a multi-talented, multi-gifted, humble servant of God. Her leadership has been instrumental in providing essential support and resources to those in need. Selected for her leadership of a small rural organization that provides basic needs assistance and serves as community hub for link to resources, which proved to be all the more critical during the pandemic and lingering economic.
